How long will my order take?
I require approximately two weeks to complete a set of 100 envelopes. All items ship from Ann Arbor, Michigan.
How should I format my address?
I will send you an excel spreadsheet or Google Sheet for you to fill in your addresses. Please write everything in the spreadsheet EXACTLY as you’d like it to appear on the envelope. For example, if you want state names spelled out, please write them out instead of writing the state code. Same goes for St. / Ave., etc!
How do I get my materials to you?
Once you have booked my services, I will provide you with an address to send or drop off your materials. Please send an extra 15% of your materials as I am hand making each item with pen and ink mistakes happen on occasion!
Can you source my paper for me?
Absolutely! For an additional fee, I am happy to provide your paper for you.
What is your payment process?
I require a 50% deposit at the signing of the contract of services, and the other 50% upon completion. I take payment via credit card for an additional fee, check or bank transfer. I do not accept returns, but am happy to redo any work that has an error.
How far in advance should i book your services?
I prefer at least a three week lead time so that I can ensure your project will fit into my schedule. Any project with less than two weeks lead time is subject to a rush fee.
