How long will my order take?

I require approximately two weeks to complete a set of 100 envelopes. For "day of" materials I require approximately one week plus shipping time. All items ship from Ann Arbor, Michigan.

How should I format my address list?

Please provide your list in a Microsoft Word document with each address listed and justified exactly as you'd like it to appear on the envelope. For example:

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Halpert

10021 Office Street

Scranton, Pennsylvania 34564

If you would like streets, avenues, states, etc abbreviated please abbreviate them in your document. For example:

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Halpert

10021 Office St.

Scranton, PA 34564

Center justify your addresses if you would like them center justified on your envelopes, or left justify them if you would like them left aligned.

How do I get my envelopes/place cards/etc. to you?

Once you have booked my services, I will provide you with an address to send your materials. Please send an extra 20% of your materials as I am hand making each item with pen and ink mistakes happen on occasion!

How should I format my escort card and place card list?

Please send me your escort card list in an excel document with the guest name in Column A and the seating assignment in Column B. This format ensures I know exactly goes with what seating assignment!

For your place cards, please send me an excel document with the guest name in column A. That's all you need! If you are ordering both place cards and escort cards, I only need one excel doc.

What is your payment process?

I require a 50% deposit at the signing of the contract of services, and the other 50% upon completion. I take payment via PayPal or by cash or check. Check is preferable due to credit card fees! I do not accept returns, but am happy to redo any work that has an error.
